Problem Statement:
The unique super talents of our students, youth and working professionals are going undertutilized. 5E model was founded and designed to address two major reasons for this underutilization.
Reason-1:
Our students are not sufficiently aware of the next phases of education—Employability, Efficiency, and Empathy—and face challenges in each of these phases.
Reason-2:
Resume preparation typically begins in the final year of graduation, which is too late for self-assessment and effective career building. To foster all-round development and performance excellence beyond academic success, and to cultivate self-awareness, all-round profiling should begin at the high school level and be assessed on a monthly basis.
Solution:
5E initiated an INNOVATIVE, COMPREHENSIVE EARLY PROFILING model called
the ‘Champion Profile’, consisting of 18 diverse attributes, aimed at nurturing the all-round development and performance excellence of students right from the school level,
as well as working professionals. The Ultimate goal of 5E Champion Profile is to empower all individuals to create impactful value additions to the world.
